Meet Dr Alejandra Mielke
Dr. Alejandra Rodríguez Mielke, originally from Monterrey, Mexico, has dedicated over twenty years to fostering Latino professional growth. She is a seasoned Multicultural Leadership Development Consultant, a long-life educator, and an entrepreneur. Dr. Mielke specializes in tailored management and leadership skill enhancement for highly technical managers and leaders lacking specialized learning opportunities to develop human-centered skills. Her approach uses an intercultural proficiency framework to ensure cultural nuances are considered, catering to a diverse workforce's needs and promoting inclusive work environments where leaders are positioned to thrive.
As the founder and CEO of Alejandra Mielke, PhD Coaching & Consulting, LLC and Latina Power Coaching, Dr. Mielke brings her expertise to various leadership and development initiatives. She also contributes as a co-founder and Senior DEI Advisor at El Puente Institute. Her commitment to mentorship is evident in her role as the co-director of Mentorship for ALPFA Austin's board.
Residing in Austin since 2000, Dr. Mielke enjoys her time with her family: her husband David, their Generation Z son Santiago, and their Chihuahua, Spotify – whimsically named after the streaming service.
