Hi everyone. I have put together a session, along with Tulsa Tech Dental Assisting and Community Care College Dental Assisting programs, to help bridge the gap in staffing/employment between dental offices and dental assistants. The goal is to discuss what is working and what could improve in the employment process, what Dentists are looking for and lacking, and what Dental assistants are looking for a lacking. I believe there is a a disconnect between the two, and hope to unveil some of the issues, ultimately leading to a better employment process and work environments. We will be limited to 40 Dental assistants, so the first 40 to RSVP will have access. Room 3117 in the Tulsa Tech Health Science Center building.
