About this Event

Presenting Dr. Maria Sophocles

Author of The Bedroom Gap and world-renowned female sexual health expert

Bridging the Bedroom Gap is an honest, engaging conversation about understanding and reclaiming sexual health in midlife. Aging as a woman today can feel overwhelming. Many of us strive to stay healthy, vital, active, and confident while navigating the often confusing and unpredictable hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause.

Dr. Maria Sophocles brings clarity, humor, and real science to a topic that is rarely discussed openly. A nationally recognized menopause and sexual health expert, she is a dynamic speaker and passionate advocate for women’s health. Through storytelling, education, and audience engagement, Dr. Sophocles will help illuminate the why and how behind symptoms such as mood swings, fragmented sleep, changes in desire, and the emotional rollercoaster so many women experience.

This evening is designed to be inclusive, supportive, and real. Confusion, frustration, tears, rage, apathy — all emotions and all hormonal versions are welcome. Come prepared to listen, laugh, share your stories if you choose, and ask the questions you’ve been holding onto. You’ll leave feeling informed, validated, and empowered — with practical insights and a renewed sense of confidence in your body and your journey.
