By purchasing a ticket or making a donation to any Bridget Pettis Foundation event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Non-Refundable Policy: All ticket purchases and donations are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances.
2. Event Changes: The Bridget Pettis Foundation reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, or program as necessary. These changes may be due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue availability, or other logistical considerations.
3. Force Majeure: unforeseeable circumstances ( If an event is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, acts of God, war, pandemic, or any other extraordinary event), the Bridget Pettis Foundation will make every effort to reschedule the event. However, no refunds will be issued.
4. Health and Safety: Attendees must comply with all health and safety guidelines set forth by the Bridget Pettis Foundation and the event venue. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the event without a refund.
5. Liability: The Bridget Pettis Foundation is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
6. Acceptance of Terms: By completing a ticket purchase or donation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
