The Bridges Conference brings together professionals from the fields of aging, disability, and veterans serving as a venue to discuss and learn about current developments in the aging and disability community for 2023 and beyond from local, state and national perspectives.

Past conferences were a success with over 300 attendees from a wide-range of professions who represented the fields of social work, counseling, long-term care and academia.
