"Dearest Gentle Reader,
You are cordially invited to attend this years Valentine's Ball (Crafts & Kisses: Romance Book Club) on Friday the 6th of February. It's the season of love, and what a time to come together with friends to rejoice, pain and of course - gossip!
Every fine lady needs somewhere to put her most precious jewels, and on this most ausipcious of occasions, you will have the chance to paint your own 'keepsake box'. What will be your design of choice? Florals? Your family's insignia? Perhaps something to reflect your favourite novel? And what will your keepsake box hold? Family heirlooms? Your finest jewellery? Letters from a past love? The choice is yours!
I encourage you all to don your florals proudly and wear your families colours - Are you Bridgerton Blue or Featherington Yellow? Of course refreshments will be provided, and there will be ample time to discuss the gossip of the season. For instance, has our most eligible bachelor, Benedict Bridgerton, found his very own Cinderella? Is Ms Beckett as taken with him as he is with her? Can she refuse 'An Offer From a Gentleman'?
