Join poet Simon Mole and musician Gecko for a family show full of poems, raps and songs about all your favourite prehistoric protagonists… and some you haven’t heard of yet!Which dinosaur was barely the size of a dog? Which made a noise like a goat playing a didgeridoo? And what could a chicken possibly be doing in The Great Big Dinosaur Show?! Expect spine-tinglingly funny scares in this fun and interactive show and get your groove on to Jurassic classics.
Bring along a sock of any colour (preferably clean!) to become part of our Saruopod sock herd! We would also love to see any of your own dinosaur drawings or poems on social media before the event, or bring them along and we will display at the venue on the day.
The show is inspired by Simon Mole’s fourth book A First Book of Dinosaurs, illustrated by Matt Hunt, published by Walker Books.
