Hey RCR's!!It's that time again. What time, you ask? Rucking Time! This weekend we plan to go back to the ruck that everyone just loves, the Bridge Ruck but.... with a bit of a twist.
We'll be meeting at the parking lot at the Garden Club. From there we'll make our way to the new addition of our Bridge Ruck, the Fuller Warren Bridge Pedestrian path. Once we get to the other side, we'll check out a bit of the San Marco area before we make our way back via the Acosta Bridge.
At some point we'll make a stop and get some of that fun PT everyone likes. Piece of cake!
And to answer some of your questions:
1. Ruckpack/weighted vest not required but encouraged.
2. Try to get there by 7:00 on the dot. We may wait a few minutes, but the latest we'll start is 7:05 am
3. Yes, dogs are always allowed.
4. Participating in the mini-WOD is not required but encouraged.
5. Don't judge us, we all weirdos here, lol.
Again, with how things are going, we leave the breakfast ideas up to you. We do encourage small groups if possible. Hopefully as things get better, we'll be able to return to our normal eating spot, First Watch.
