Bridal Show Covid-19 Rules & Guidelines for Admission:
We’re excited to welcome you to our luxury bridal show at The Chicago Marriott O'Hare on Sunday, September 12th, 2021. Let the wedding planning begin!
Rules: Due to suggested restrictions of no more than 50 total people in a social gathering at one time, we have broken down this bridal show into 1/2 hour arrival time slots for up to 20 brides plus one guest only, per 1/2 hour throughout the day to visit our amazing wedding professionals and displays. Brides can invite their fiancé, maid-of-honor, mother or best friend.
Hours: Ticketed show times throughout Sunday, September 12th are in half hour increments starting from 11:00am until 4:00pm. (Example:11:00 to 11:30am arrival time, then 11:30am to noon arrival time and so forth throughout the day.) This allows for optimal social distancing. Fashion show at 3:00pm.
Our arrival time slots allow us to safely serve bride/groom parties without everyone arriving at once. You’ll likely spend 1-3 hours at the event. However, once you enter the vendor area, you’ll notice that the vendors are placed in 5 separate ballrooms. You will enter one ballroom, then go into the next and so on. This will allow us to provide a safe and fun environment.
Guidelines: Show times will book up fast, so choose a time slot when you know you can arrive on time. You will be required to show proof of your tickets and show time from your mobile device or print out. Out of the respect and safety for all of our staff and our vendors, we will be only allowing groupings of 2 guests to mingle together as you peruse the vendors with appropriate 6 foot social distancing. Our staff will be wearing lightweight facemasks and it is suggested you do too. Parties of 4 or more will not be permitted to linger together.
Hand Hygiene: We will have Purell Sanitizer stations through the venue. If you are feeling ill, have a fever or have traveled to other States within 2 weeks of the show, it is recommended that you don’t attend the show.

How to Order & RSVP:
1. Get 2 Tickets at No Charge to attend the event.
2. Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your show time.
3. Face coverings or masks are required when social distancing isn’t possible.
4. Check your Junk or Spam Folder for Ticket Confirmation.
5. You must show proof of your ticket order at the door for entry at the time specified.
