Brian Lenair
National recording artist, Brian Lenair is a Washington D.C. based contemporary Jazz saxophonist that can blow with the best of them. He has lent his talents performing with or behind some of the greatest recording artists and musicians of our time including national recording greats like, Will Downing, Maysa, Jean Carne, Billy Paul, Angela Bofill, Christopher Williams, Miki Howard, Glenn Jones, Al Jarreau, Vesta, Tony Terry, Phyllis Hyman, Pieces of a Dream, Miles Jay, Grover Washington, Jr., Peabo Bryson, and George Benson, just to name a few.
Lenair’s love for music began at the age of eight. Some of his most profound influences came from his dad, who is also a fellow saxophonist, and his first music instructor, Bruce Tyler, who encouraged his passion for music. In addition, Lenair credits the works of jazz greats Grover Washington, Jr. and Stanley Turrentine for their musical inspiration.
Pink PaLiSh!
Pink PaLiSh, a dynamic Funk and Soul trio, made up of three extremely talented singers: Pam Ward (“Pa”), Alisha Glover (“Li”) and Shang (“Sh”). This extremely diverse ensemble never ceases to turn heads with their larger-than-life vocals.
What makes Pink PaLiSh such an exceptional group is that each member has an established career and fan base, shining in the roles of solo artist, actress, songwriter, band member, author, poet, musician and much more! Lending to the appeal of this fusion of sexy divas are their rock solid friendships. While the group certainly has a musical niche for Funk and Soul, they are open to performing all genre of music.
