A curated four-course culinary experience featuring new and core Strathcona brews,
thoughtfully paired with seasonal dishes from our kitchen. Hosted by our Brewmaster Nick, our R&D Brewer Duncan, and Executive Chef Maric.

Course #1 - Grilled Squid & Quinoa Salad
marinated and grilled squid, multicoloured quinoa, purple cabbage, spring onions, bell peppers, cucumber, edamame, cilantro, citrus-herb vinaigrette, labneh, crispy quinoa, blistered cherry tomatoes
Paired with: Mixed Citrus Hazy IPA - Strathcona North Exclusive
Juicy citrus aromatics lift the charred squid and fresh herbs, while the IPA’s soft bitterness
contrasts the creamy labneh for a bright and refreshing opening course.
Course #2 - Burrata with Black Garlic Chili Oil

Paired with: Strathcona Pilsner
The Pilsner’s clean malt backbone and crisp finish cut through the burrata’s creaminess, while its subtle floral hop character softens the heat of the chili oil. Bright, lightly pickled shallots add a refreshing lift that ties everything together for a balanced and layered pairing.
Course #3 - Crispy Duck & Pork-Braised Beans
slow-roasted duck leg, pork knuckle-braised white beans, parsley–lemon gremolata
Paired with: Wine Grape Saison - Strathcona North Exclusive
The Saison’s dry finish and delicate fruit character cut through the duck’s richness, while its lively carbonation lifts the savoury pork-braised beans. Bright notes of grape and spice from the yeast bring an elegant contrast to the deep flavours of the dish.
Course #4 - Banana Chocolate Tiramisu

Paired with: Chocolate Banana Porter
A decadent and harmonious finale. The porter mirrors the dessert’s chocolate and banana
notes, with a smooth roasted backbone that enhances the mascarpone’s creaminess and the espresso’s depth.
