About this Event
In this course, attendees will learn how to distinguish multiple brew methods from each other through lecture, hands-on training, and tasting experience. Each attendee will practice pour-over techniques on the v60 and evaluate their brews. Attendees will gain an understanding of how to evaluate their brews in terms of extraction and what taste components to look for. Standards of service and tips for rotating coffees to avoid inconsistency and declining quality of coffee will also be given. By the end of this class, attendees should feel confident in brewing pour-overs and troubleshooting any brewing issues that may arise.
