Welcome to Elevate & Explore Yoga - a place dedicated to elevating your mind, body, and spirit through the transformative practice of yoga, meditation, and movement. We offer a nurturing environment where you can leave the stresses of the outside world behind and embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-love.

At Elevate & Explore, we believe that yoga is more than just physical exercise; it's a way of life that encourages exploration of the self, connection with others, and harmonious existence with the world around us. Our classes are designed to provide a profound sense of safety, awareness, relaxation, inner peace, strength, and fun.

Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a newcomer to yoga, Kailey will guide you through a variety of styles and levels, ensuring that each session provides options tailored to your unique needs, abilities, and wants while you are practicing. We embrace an inclusive philosophy, welcoming ALL individuals to join our community and practice in a judgment-free zone.

More than just a yoga class, Elevate & Explore strives to be a haven where you can breathe, nourish your soul, and forge meaningful connections with like-minded individuals. Through regular classes, workshops, and community events, we aim to cultivate a space that fosters peace, connection, personal growth, self-awareness, and a deeper appreciation for the beauty within and around us.

Come as you are, and let Elevate & Explore Yoga be your guide on a transformative journey through movement and mindfulness. Elevate your higher self; Explore the world; Inspire each other.

As an individual Kailey has been practicing yoga since 2016, and teaching since 2021. A gypsy at heart, she was born in Michigan, spent 3 years traveling the US living in an RV, and founded Elevate & Explore Yoga along the way. Meeting so many individuals from all walks of life and exploring so many places, Kailey aims to create a space where exploration, curiosity, and security is enveloped and felt in every class that she teaches. Yoga has directly allowed her to heal and work through many mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, along with PTSD. Coming from a background of teaching in schools, teaching, learning, and fostering relationships is part of her being. Her goal as a teacher is to bring a welcoming and safe presence to every practice so that when you show up on your mat, you show up as you are and know and believe that’s exactly where you should be in that moment. Kailey offers group classes, 1:1, and large group/corporate events (see more in class descriptions).

She holds her RYT 200 and Restorative Yoga Certification from Aum Yoga Demystifying Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Alliance RYS 200. Kailey lives in Mandeville, Louisiana, with her cat, dog, and two kiddos. She loves to visit and teach in the city of New Orleans, and finds inspiration from the history, culture, and ambiance to incorporate into her classes (i.e. lots of music). She offers both in person and online classes and loves meeting and connecting with every student that attends.
