Allo Gilinsky, aka the Craft Beer Concierge, is a Certified Cicerone® and all around beer geek who's always down to try something new, which is just one reason he loves the 'pour your own' aspect of Craft Food Hall's beer wall. He's an expert at talking beer styles, food pairings, and explaining why ingredients work so well together to create the beverage we all love.
If you've never been to Craft Food Halls, expect delicious food from our three concept kitchens, Sousviderie, Project X, and Vessel! Be your own bartender at our self-pour beer wall, or let our talented Ambassadors craft you the perfect cocktail at our full-service bar.
