Two seatings 5pm & 7:30pm each seating will for 30 people each (so buy your tickets early!). The menu is a Japanese inspired menu, and we will be dining on the beautiful event space above the brewery!
Each ticket includes 4 courses of food (gratuity included) @ $75/person. Beverage service provided by MBC and purchased a la carte during the event with the option to do a beverage pairing for the meals.
1ST - Wonton Salad - crispy handmade dumplings, greens, roots
2ND - Pork Belly Buns - Steam bun, belly, pickled veg, greens
3RD - Ramen - Turkey neck broth, fresh noodles, lotsa toppings
4TH - Sesame butter cake with fennel ice cream
