Bassist Brett McConnell (Threedom, Aniana, Fresh Track) has a thing for house music, and that thing compelled him to create a "livetronica" band in 2017 to explore the genre in a live, real-time setting. Gathering synths, electronic drums, the unique setup of two bassists, and newly added member Aniana on improvisational vocal hooks, he’s put together his eponymous House Party and would love to see you dancing to that familiar electronic heartbeat as part of their January Tuesday residency at the Goodfoot!Each show attempts to recreate a live set from a house DJ: a similar BPM for the entire evening, and non-stop tracks. And the most impressive part? It's 100% improvised!
