Join me in Silicon Valley for 2 days to write a clear business plan you’re excited about to recruit more experienced agents (and get them productive) to build a highly profitable real estate sales team.
This is for a small group of no more than 25 team owners who would like time to get away, think, plan, and network with others who want to grow following the proven methods I put in place for my $1 billion dollar sales team.
Our focus is profitability and sustainability with an eye on the investment side to build wealth along the way.
We meet 2-3x a year and you can come to any retreat you wish. You’ll write down your goals, what you want to accomplish from our time together, and report back to the group what you accomplished at our next meeting during your optional hot seat time on the second day (once you’re more comfortable with everyone in the room).
Lunch and dinner will be catered in on the first day, along with lunch on the second day. We’ll spend both days together at The Silicon Valley Capital Club. The event is over 5pm on the second day, however if you’re flying home the next day we’ll have an optional dinner at a local restaurant.

I want you to leave relaxed, focused, centered, refreshed, and excited to go home and implement what you learn. Much of what is necessary for you to build a sales team is your confidence to step up as a leader where you state a vision and hold standards accountable. My goal is you leave with the confidence to do that.
