Faiyaz began releasing music through SoundCloud at just 19 with projects like Black Child EP. With an eventual move to Los Angeles, he released his first official debut EP titled A.M. Paradox in 2016.

In 2016, he formed a group called Sonder with producers Dpat and Atu. They released “Too Fast,” followed by their debut EP titled Into. Faiyaz released his debut album, Sonder Son, in 2017. He’s since worked alongside artists like Shy Glizzy, Goldlink and Gucci Mane. In 2018, he was Grammy Award-nominated for “Crew” (with Goldlink and Shy Glizzy) in the Best Rap/Sung Performance category.

Faiyaz released his second album titled F*** The World in 2020, which hit the Billboard charts. He’s best known for songs like “Rehab,” “Trust” and “Demonz” (with Juice Wrld). “Trust” was certified gold by the RIAA.
