Doors open from 7.10pm for arrival while we continue to set up. Game ‘roll call’ kicks off 7.30pmImportant: Entry is £4 per person payable on the night or in advance - either via PayPal friends and family to Matt or cash (correct change please) - this price includes free tea, coffee, hot chocolate and squash.
Any food and drink (incl alcohol) can be brought in - there is no facility to buy refreshments in the hall but there are shops nearby
Plenty of parking on site and space in fridge for one or two drinks each.
