Our next All-Dayer at the Community Centre!TICKETS
All Day - £7.50 in advance (£10 on the day) - This allows you to attend anytime from 10am and stay the whole day (coming and going as you wish) - up to 13 hours of gaming goodness!!
Half-Day - £5 in advance (£7.50 on the day) - For those who can't or don't feel like gaming all day - you can either buy a morning ticket which will allow you to attend from the start but will be expected to finish up by 4.30pm, or an afternoon ticket where you can attend from 4.30pm and stay for the rest of the day. On top of this, if there is capacity, if you decide in the morning you want to stay all day but have only paid for the morning ticket, you can pay £2.50 on the day to top-up to the all day ticket!.
10 to 10.30am is an opportunity to arrive, grab a drink, meet people and put items in / look at the bring and buy. At 10.30 we do a quick welcome and then people can form up to get into their first games.
*we would kindly ask that you don’t start playing any games until 10.30am so that people have a chance to see what is on offer*
Payment in advance is via paypal or bank transfer (or cash, correct change please, at a games evening) - contact Matt if you dont already have details.
GAMES
Please either bring your own games to play with others or just bring yourself - there will be plenty of games about to get involved in. Any games you bring will be at your own risk - the club will not be liable for any damage or theft (but everyone seems to be very respectful of people's property).
REFRESHMENTS
Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate and Squash are available all day and included in your ticket.
You can bring any of your own food and drink (incl alcohol) on the day. Please note there will be limited fridge space to store things. There are also plenty of shops and takeaways nearby to grab extra supplies!
Note: Whilst this is unlikely, if you decide to bring alcohol and your behaviour becomes unacceptable you will be required to leave and no refund will be given.
ACCESSABILITY and PARKING
The site is wheelchair accessible and has a disabled toilet. If there are any other needs you have to be able to attend, please contact us and we will see what we can do
There is plenty of parking on site.
BRING AND BUY
There will be a bring and buy table where you can bring games to sell and trade with others - all you need to do is label them up with your name and how much you want / how you can be paid. As per above, the club will not be liable for any games damaged or stolen.
REFUNDS
If you pre-pay for your ticket then later find you cant make it, please let us know, once we have taken enough money to cover the event we will happily refund on a one-in-one-out basis (however refunds will not be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the event, or for no-shows).
If the event is unavoidably cancelled, your pre-payment will be refunded in full
