This evening will begin with Amelia Mei leading a meditation filled with curated breath work practices and guided self reflective visualizations.
The always by Amelia Mei meditation is an interactive, connecting and emotional journey that will leave you feeling empowered and inspired from within!
Following the always meditation, TREMBLE will host a 45 min mat pilates class taught by their instructor, Molly.
We ask that you please bring your own yoga mat!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of time. Street parking is available, as well as Parking Garages throughout Mizner, the closest to TREMBLE is the iPIC Garage located at 327 Plaza Real Suite 315, Boca Raton, FL 33432.
