At this special gathering, you'll breathe, move, and reflect on the intentions you set for this year as you release any energies that no longer serve you as this year's journey comes to a close. The energetic elements of nature will guide you through breathwork, visualization, and movement to release, realign, and honor the path the we are each on.
No experience necessary!

Rua is a well-being coach, and the co-founder of the well-being studio Breathe Rise + Thrive. He uses breathwork as a tool for healing and cultivating deeper communal connections with each other as a way of supporting his clients and students live deeply satisfying, creatively productive, and balanced lives.
