EMBRACING CHANGE & AIRING OUT THE LUNGS
Autumn is known as the season of the lungs and a time of year that encourages meaningful ritual that deepens our connection with ourselves and our ancestors, while asking us to explore the art of surrender, letting go and a willingness to outgrow old versions of the self.
It’s a season that brings us face to face with where we might be resisting change or possibly even where we need to stop rushing and overthinking, get quiet and go within. On an emotional level, leaning into the organs of the lungs encourages us to meet with, tend to and process any grief lingering in the archives of the body.
We’ll welcome the new season and explore our theme through conversation and the somatic practice of breathwork.
