About this Event
During this 75 minute practice you will be guided by two practitioners specialised in Breathwork and Spinal Energetics within an intimiate container of 10 participants. The intention is to support your connection with self, to nourish your nervous system, create a safe and supportive energy for physical, emotional and energetic release and cultivation, to feel grounded and in harmony.
The event will open with guided meditation to bring you into connection and a sense of safety and support within your body followed by facilitated Breathwork by Em from Sensebreathwork and group Spinal Energetics where Kirsty Saunders will move around the group sharing energetic healing. The practise will conclude with an integrating sound and guided meditation.
Breathwork is a practice that involves the conscious control of breathing patterns to enhance mental, emotional, and physical well-being. By regulating your body and tapping into your consciousness, you can explore your inner world. Utilizing both nose and mouth breathing techniques, breathwork helps to clear the noise of everyday thoughts and patterns, allowing you to deeply dive into what truly matters to you. This practice fosters a sense of connection with both yourself and others, promoting stillness and facilitating emotional release. Ultimately, breathwork empowers you to achieve greater clarity, balance, and overall harmony in your life.

About your facilitators
Kirsty Saunders is a level 2 Spinal Energetics practitioner, Reiki practitioner, Yoga teacher, meditation guide and retreat facilitator. With a Bachelor of Health Promotion (2005) Kirsty has over 15 years’ experience working in Public Health across multiple sectors in Australia and the UK.
Kirsty values community, authenticity and connection. She holds a safe space and offers guidance to deepen the connection you have with yourself, and the innate wisdom you hold to heal. Kirsty offers intuitive and nurturing practices which support her clients to feel valued and witnessed in their journey to feel whole through movement, breath, energy healing, meditation and supported self-enquiry. She believes we harness our innate wisdom when we connect deeply and to all parts of self.

Apart from being a dedicated breathwork facilitator, Em is also an accomplished occupational therapist with four years of experience in forensic mental health. Finding the medical framework restrictive, Em chose to follow her true passion—breathwork. Em skillfully integrates clinical expertise with holistic practices, empowering clients and reminding them of their inherent strength and potential. This unique combination allows Em to provide a comprehensive approach to wellness, blending science with the transformative power of breathwork.
