Heart rate variability is the variation in the time between each heartbeat. Heart rate Variability refers to the ability of the heart to change the speed of your heartbeats. Heart rate changes depending on your activity and emotions throughout your day. Studies recommended that people with higher heart rate variability are healthier and less at risk of disease.
American Journal of Cardiology mentioned, “each 10 milliseconds improvements in an HRV score, translates into 20% decreases in risk of mortality”.
In this workshop, we will learn more Frequency breathing techniques with HRV monitoring systems for improving HRV.
