FREE Wellbeing workshops for women in Swansea.I would love to invite you to Calon Breathwork workshop with amazing woman Cherie Adamson.
This workshop is part of our Wellbeing Project with GROW Cymru charity organisation in Swansea.

*This workshop is for women who experienced domestic abuse, depression or anxiety, are on benefits or low income and need to improve their well-being.
Description: "An introduction to breathwork."
Breathwork absolutely can change your life! Discover how at this introduction workshop.
Find out how it can improve & transform your emotional & mental health through an engaging talk. Come and practice breath awareness as well as learn some breathing techniques that you can use in your daily life to feel balanced, relaxed and increase energy.
Followed by a 40 minute guided conscious connected breathwork Journey.
Wear comfy clothing, bring a mat and your favourite blanket along with you.
I believe from my heart that you will really enjoy this amazing workshop with Cherie and you will become lighter and brighter person after this experience.
🌞Please bring with you a yoga mat, blanket, small pillow, water.
🌞Please wear comfortable cloths, and bring lunch if you want.

These workshops are part of my Wellbeing Project for Women which I created in 2023 and realized with GROW Cymru charity organisation in Swansea. www.growcymru.org.uk.
My project was based on my previous project and work with women which was also funded by Swansea Council, and on my own life experiences, like domestic violence, being homeless with 2 little children, experiencing depression and anxiety and fighting to survive with help of my knowledge as qualified naturopath, Reiki teacher, sound therapist and artist. I am so happy that I can help more women now and I trust I will be able to do more workshops for men too 🙂, as w are all so important and we all need healing.
The project was funded by Swansea Council, Swansea Bay Foundation and many amazing businesses and people who helped us to raise all the money. Thank you everyone for your amazing support! 💜
Also I donated this project with 30% from a sale of my art work from my last art exhibition in 2023 and by doing voluntary many wellbeing workshops and donating money to make this project alive and be able to help many women and help to create better and healthier community for all of us.
