ACTIVATING Sunday May 19th @10:30am
This ~75 minute session will touch on proper breathing, multiple activating modalities, and live practices that will supercharge your physiology and prepare you for improved performance and wellbeing. The breathing exercises covered and practiced would be great before a more dynamic exercise or yoga session. This workshop is perfect for the breathwork novice to the seasoned pulmonaut. This class will be offered prior to the 12pm Buti Yoga class.
