Vibrational Breathwork is a powerful practice that involves breathing deeply, cyclically, and spontaneously without pausing between inhalation and exhalation. Also known as circular breathing or conscious connected breathwork, this technique, infused with rhythmic music and indigenous sound tools, helps the body achieve various physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual benefits.
We will discuss some of the experiences you may encounter, as well as provide a demonstration of the breathwork style we will be practicing.
