This is a group breathwork session at Hale - Body and Mind in Mgarr. Yoga mats will be provided and some blankets, feel free to bring your own.

Martine is a qualified breathwork practitioner and kundalini yoga teacher as well as a professional musician. She incorporates all her skills into the sessions she facilitates and encourages openness, humour and gentleness.
