Welcome to this Breathwork event with Elisabeth Finocchiaro June 7th 2025 at Hurdal Gjestegård.Elisabeth is an established Breathwork facilitator with many years of experience in the field. She is one of the leading Breathworkers in Norway trained in the Rebirthing tradition.
She leads online memberships, a training program, in-person retreats, and events, sharing her passion for the energetics and art of Breathwork. Through these sessions, she helps people tap into deeper parts of themselves for healing and creativity.
Working mostly with creative leaders that want to access their intuition and keep a high-level of self care as they manage all their roles and responsibilities in life and career.
In this 4-hour event, Elisabeth will be speaking on the 3 foundational pillars of rebirthing breathwork through her own lens followed by a 1-hour session to experience it yourself.
Towards the end there will be time for deepening and Q&A to integrate the experience.
The 3 foundational pillars are concepts that will not only give you an advanced overview understanding on the main energetics of Breathwork and support you in all future sessions but are also universal principles that will guide you in your day-to-day and in your already existing practice.

Worksheet and eye mask will be provided along with mats, blosters and everything you will need. Wear comfortable and warm clothing.
Elisabeth teaches in English but is fluent in Norwegian, so speaking norwegian at event is no problem.
