Breathwork with Bree: Open Your Intuitive Channels

Bree Melanson, Spiritual Channel & Teacher will be sharing ways to realign with your innate intelligence and connection to the field. She’ll lead a workshop for the first hour and then guide the class through a somatic breathing technique to release trapped energy in the body and make way for your higher expression.

Having a clear connection to your intuition and manifestation energy are the natural results of living in alignment with your soul. Bree’s processes to reconnect you to that power come from her experience getting people ‘unstuck’ as an intuitive and energy worker for 15+ years and the insight she continues to receive as a channel.

Please wear comfortable clothing, warm layers or blanket and something to write with.
