About Dr. Kia James
Dr. Kia James brings over 40 years of experience in healthcare and wellness.
She holds:
- A Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration (EdD)
- A Master’s in Public Health (MPH)
- Dual undergraduate degrees in French Literature and Nursing
- Certification as a Human Design Specialist & Coach
- Extensive experience as a Professor, Dean, and Public Health Leader
Originally trained as a Registered Nurse, Dr. James has worked in hospitals, industry wellness programs, and academia.
Since retiring from full-time work in 2020, she has dedicated her career to energy healing, Human Design, and holistic wellness.
Her teachings blend science, spirituality, and self-awareness to help others live more aligned and fulfilling lives.

- You will lie comfortably on the floor while being guided through breathwork techniques.
- The practice will be accompanied by gentle music, sound, or aromatherapy.
- You may experience tingling sensations, emotional shifts, or deep relaxation—all part of the body’s natural energy re-balancing.

- If you cancel with less than 4 hours' notice or do not show up, you will forfeit your class payment.
