Rachel Lee, M.Ed., NASM-CPT, PN-1 is a functional breathwork coach with certifications in ICCE Method, Oxygen Advantage, and trauma-informed care. After her own life-changing journey using breath and ice bath therapy to overcome ADHD, anxiety, and depression, Rachel is passionate about helping others discover their inner resilience. Known for her engaging sessions, Rachel blends science, compassion, and empathy to take you off autopilot and help you live with purpose, balance and authenticity
