About this Event
Join Kelly Wolf for an evening of a combination of breathwork,sound and chanting. As you breathe, Kelly will use a combination of gongs, crystal bowls, and music, to take your body and soul on a journey of relaxation and renewal. Bring a bottle of water, a yoga mat, pillows, and a blanket.
You will be able to do a sauna/cold plunge prior to the soundbath to detoxify and cleanse.
Sauna/cold plunge will open from 5 pm to 7 pm - Bring your bathing suit, yoga mat ,pillow and blanket.
The towels & robes will be supplied by Bliss Mobile Sauna.
Soundbath will be 7 to 9 pm
