Join Carolyn Anne Budgell & Kelbey @ KOU Studios to connect to breath + healing, with a sweet community. Over 90 minutes, we explore Breathwork, Meditation and Sound (a little bit of stretching too). Breathwork is a simple and effective tool for transformation, release and optimal wellness. Carolyn and Kelbey guide the experience with many options + with love. Come for a reset, to let go, get clear and return home again.
Mats and blocks are included - provided by KOU Studios x Half Moon.
Tea will be provided before & after class.

Different types of soothing and energizing Breathwork are shared throughout class. We end with an Active Breathwork Meditation (similar to Holotropic / Wim Hof). If it's your first time, you will be encouraged to go slow and keep it light :)
This work may involve physical, energetic, and emotional release. Therefore, persons with a history of the below contraindications should consult their healthcare provider before participating in this work. Not advised for persons with a history of Cardiovascular Disease, including Angina or Heart Attack, High Blood Pressure, Glaucoma, Retinal Detachment, Osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries, and/or surgery. Persons with a history of severe Mental Illness, Bipolar Disorder or Psychosis, Seizure Disorders, or for persons using major medications, or persons who are under the influence of legal or illegal drugs to the extent that their capacity is impaired. It may be unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of Aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised to first consult with and get approval from their primary care physician. Persons with Asthma should bring their inhaler. Breathwork is not therapy and does not substitute for psychotherapy.
