Breathwork + Sound + Sauna | SE Portland Yurt Sanctuary| 3/16/25

This in-person experience will be held in the Long Street Sanctuary in SE Portland and is a small group event. We will do an active Breathwork practice to release what no longer serves, followed by a sound journey, and ending with time in the sauna + cold plunge.

Herbal tea and potions will be available to soothe the heart and spirit.

To be most comfortable in this experience, please bring:

• Eye pillow or covering
• Two stones or rocks or crystals to hold
• Water
• Blanket
• Small pillow
• Anything else you'd like to make a cozy nest!
• Bathing suit/towel for sauna
• Journal and pen
• Your favorite mug
• An item for the altar, if you wish. This can be a stone, a picture, or any small object that you wish to be charged with the energy of our gathering. You will take it back home with you.
