No experience needed β just bring yourself and your breath.
Very simplified, itβs the conscious use of our breath to bring about shifts in our minds and bodies. We'll start with an introduction to breathwork, emphasizing the importance of functional breathing, followed by experiencing and practicing breathing techniques. The session will conclude with a sound bath designed to regulate the nervous system and deep relaxation to help integrate your experience.
Breathing is unique in that it's the only autonomic function we can consciously control, providing a profound way to access and understand our physiology. Considering we take up to 22,000 breaths daily, it's remarkable how this vital life function is often overlooked.
