What is Breathwork? Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a breathing technique where there are no pauses between the inhale and the exhale, creating a circular breath. CCB allows us to titrate between a ventral vagal state (relaxed) and the sympathetic state (activated), helping us to access unconscious emotions, insights, and memories through presence.

Practicing Conscious Connected Breathwork changes our physiology by:

  • lowering our heart rate and reducing cortisol levels
  • improving our nervous system
  • balancing levels of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the blood
  • increasing feelings of calm and ease
  • connecting with our higher self

What is sound healing?

Sound healing helps altar brain waves and can assist in:

  • Lowering heart rate
  • Improving sleep
  • Reduce stress, anxiety and depression
  • Improve over all mental health and well-being

Sound healing and breathwork together can help increase self awareness, reduce stress and tension, improve concentration and relax the body.

What will be provided:

  • Clean pillow, blanket, & yoga mat to relax on. If you need extra pillows or blankets, please feel free to bring them.
  • Complimentary eye pillow (to take home with you)
  • Tea break, integration and processing after the sessionn

H ow to prepare:

  • Please do not eat a heavy meal prior to the event
  • No alcohol or other mind-altering substances prior to or during the event (refraining from mind altering substances 24 hours prior to and after event helps with breathwork integration)
