Join me for breathwork at Solful Sinclair Wellness!
Breathwork is an active meditation that we can use to drop out of our thinking brain and into our body. We can use breathwork to access the intersection between our conscious and unconscious mind and access our parasympathetic nervous system. This reset can lead to lower stress, better sleep, physical release, and mental clarity.
