A class for deeper growth, healing, re patterning . A commitment to yourself, your life, your soul and your breath.

Conscious connected breathwork is a breathwork modality that provides deep healing and allows us to explore altered states of consciousness.

Conscious Connected Breathwork session. Here we work deeply with the breathe and the body. We use both an activating breath to allow for our body to gather material and a softer surrendered breathe where we allow release and integration.

Breathwork is a potent medicine, where we work in an expanded state. We work on the somatic, the mental, the emotional and the spiritual plains. I believe that all of us can have a deeper awareness of oursleves, our journeys and our bodies and this is the work I offer in a group setting.

We will be in the breathwork process for an hour, I also will be running an integation group the following week through allushumans.co to help bring the journey home.

About Deborah Maloney-Marsden

I am first and foremost present with the emergent, the whole person and the collective. I have been practicing as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist for over a decade and am also a leadership coach, group facilitator, supervisor of others practice, somatic coach and breathwork facilitator. I believe we have to make space for all of the things, we need to allow space for our hopes, our fears, our joys and our pains. Often by denying one we deny them all.

Over the past few years my passion to create space for collective healing and community through deeper connection has been growing exponentially. As humans that is our most basic desire and through repeated ruptures in connection we have become more disconnected from each other and ourselves. But that longing for connection never goes away. Breathing and moving together is a way of repairing those ruptures and bringing more connection into our lives. This is the work I am passionate about bringing to our community.

NB: This breath is not yogic breath or functional breathwork, it is a powerful healing modality that allows us to explore altered states of consciousness.

Below is a list of contraindications, please let me know if any of them apply to you so `i can best assist you.

High Blood Pressure

Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack

Aneurysm or stroke

Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition

Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or psychosis in the last 10 years

Uncontrolled diabetes/thyroid

Any major surgery in the last 6 months

Glaucoma/detached retina

Pregnancy

Untreated PTSD

Epilepsy
