Experience this gentle and powerful breathwork practice guided by the voice and acoustic genius of DJ Andrea. Settle your body and spirit with healing sounds and effects of this intentional breath practice. Together, these experiences are healing, transformative and uplifting. This intentional practice promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and increases mindfulness.
Location:
Join us at My Specialty Events in the Southbay Galleria. For easy access, park near Red Robin. Enter through the Red Robin entrance, and once you reach the escalator, turn left.
What to Bring:
✨ A yoga mat
✨ Eye pillow or something to cover your eyes
✨ Wear comfortable clothing
✨ Blanket(s)
✨ Bolster or pillow for under knees if you tend to experience discomfort when laying on your back.
We’ll provide light snacks and water, plus ample time to network and connect with fellow attendees after the experience and good vibes.
