Breathwork at the Catonsville Clubhouse
Join us at the Catonsville Clubhouse for a guided Breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
Breathwork, also known as Pranayama, is a meditation practice that uses intentional, rhythmic breathing to quiet the mind, release tension, and promote deep relaxation. Through guided breathing techniques, participants are invited to unwind, restore balance, and create space for clarity and inspiration.
This welcoming, beginner-friendly session offers an opportunity to step away from daily stress and focus on your well-being in a calm and supportive environment.

No experience is necessary , all are welcome.
Each month features a new theme, along with optional discussion and journal prompts before and after the Breathwork session.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat
- Small blanket
- Notebook or journal
- Eye pillow (optional but recommended)
Additional Information
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and setup so we can begin on time
- Avoid eating a heavy meal right before the session
- Light snacks and beverages will be provided
