Begin in sacred circle with intention setting and an introduction to the 3-part breathing technique.
Experience a 35-minute guided breathwork journey, supported by shamanic drumming, chanting, and heart-opening music.
End with a 15-minute integration meditation to ground your insights and amplify your intentions.
This practice activates the pineal gland—the seat of consciousness—raising your vibrational frequency and creating space for peace, clarity, and spiritual expansion.
