This 2-hour training explores how intentional breathing practices can create powerful shifts in the nervous system—supporting neuroplasticity, emotional processing, and deep mind-body awareness. Through the breath alone, the body can enter receptive states often associated with profound healing and insight.You’ll be guided through specific breathing techniques designed to help the nervous system soften and reorganize, allowing deeply held stress, emotional patterns, and subconscious conditioning—both personal and inherited—to surface and release naturally. This process may help alleviate chronic tension or pain, whether connected to a past injury or long-standing stress held in the body.
The training blends multiple disciplines, including:
Breathwork and nervous system regulation
Somatic awareness (learning to feel and respond to internal sensations)
Proprioception (how the body senses itself in space)
Retrocognitive awareness (recognizing patterns stored beneath conscious awareness)
This is a fully embodied experience, not just theory. You’ll both practice the techniques and learn why they work, leaving with practical tools you can use for self-regulation, emotional resilience, and deeper body awareness in everyday life.
