Shamanic breathwork is a powerful healing modality that is used by shamans, shamanic communities since thousands of years. It is the quickest way to get out of our mind’s way and reconnect with our self, dropping from the mind, and our image of self, and into the body. With shamanic breathwork, you are transported by the breath into an altered state of consciousness. There, you are able to remember trapped emotions and traumas, as well as awaken your imaginal cells and future-selves.
This workshop will be 2-hour very intense session, be ready to work hard! We will do 3 different types of shamanic breathwork techniques and Urukla will help to release emotional blockages by using a special energy work, called body dearmouring.

The Kambo is the secretion of the giant monkey frog, an indigenous sacred medicine from the Amazon forest.
The medicine contains a cocktail of bioactive peptides and neuropeptides which have a powerful effect on the body and brain allowing the body to heal itself.
Kambo is an extremely powerful substance with the immense potential to facilitate deep healing, growth and transformation in many ways. It offers an intense cleanse and detoxes the liver, intestines and lymphatic system It can be a challenging process for many that’s why Kambo is considered an ordeal medicine or active healing, meaning that it is not passive. Consciousness, choice and prayer is involved in the healing process, as most people will be brought to face their fears/blocks during their first kambo treatment.
All illness originates from internal conflict, possibly between mind and body, or between one side of the body and the other. Dis-ease occurs in the places we are unaware, the shadows. This is why we do shadow work. Kambo is a revealer, bringing light to dark places.
🐸 What to expect in a Kambo session?✨
There are 3 stages to the Kambo process:
preparation, purge and recovery.
During a Kambo treatment the medicine is applied to the skin after small superficial burns are made with a red hot ember vine or incense stick. Once the burns have been made, the Kambo resin is applied to the wounds and this allows the medicine to communicate with the brain via the lymphatic system.
Kambo detox is a physical purge with symptoms of a rush of heat, redness of the face, and quickly emerging nausea, usually followed by the purge. This releases your body of Toxins leaving you with a beautiful sense of clarity.

What is Rapè?
Pronounced “ha-peh” or “rapay”, Rapé is a fine, ground-up shamanic snuff which is blown up your nose, used by indigenous tribes mainly in Brazil and a small part of Peru.
Every tribe keep it their own recipes secret, but what we know is, usually using roots, healing herbs, leaves, and Mapacho tobacco, which is the most sacred plant in the planet, the Grandfather spirit.
The constituents attach to nicotine receptors, resulting in increased production of dopamine, acetylcholine, and epinephrine.
These chemical processes cause the person to feel relaxed and calm, yet aware and alert. Maybe add about the left and right brain /crown connection?
Your mind gets purged of everything it needs to let go of and it assists in removing denser energy which in turn help for an easier Kambo process.
🐸 What is Sananga? ✨
Sananga is a traditional medicine of the Yawanawá tribe, an indigenous group that is known as the legal guardians of the Amazon. They use Sananga for healing both spiritual and physical ailments, which include improving their focus and clearing out distracting energies before going on a hunt. Sananga benefits include Antimicrobial, Antifungal, Anti-inflammatory, Antioxidant, and Anti-cancer properties. It has been reported to help people with severe eye diseases like glaucoma, cataracts, and even blindness.
Drops are administered to the eyes which will have a burning stinging effect which can last for a few minutes.
