Bri Cheema, a dedicated yogi, registered nutritionist, master breathwork facilitator and spiritual technologist committed to the healing of humanity, introduces a unique breathing technique. This approach serves as a way of active meditation, providing access to transcendental states without the need for extensive meditation experience or practice.
As you breathe in the fragrance of blooming flowers and exhale stress and tension, allow yourself to re-connect and merge with nature. This unique setting invites you to cultivate mindfulness, clarity and inner peace.
Following your practice, stroll through our picturesque flower field and pick your own bouquet of fresh flowers. Our friendly staff will provide you with a bucket and scissors, and you can wander through the field, selecting your favorite blooms.
