About this Event

Join me on October 4 for a 90-minute breathwork journey and dive deep into your inner world to explore the depths of your emotions, uncover limiting beliefs, increase your self-awareness, and release what is holding you back from stepping into your fullest potential in this life.

The theme for the month of October is Change for the world. This breathwork journey will guide you to explore the deep interconnectedness between self and the collective, emphasizing how personal transformation ripples outward to create global impact. Through conscious connected breathing we will cultivate inner change, recognizing that as we shift our own energy, we contribute to the transformation of the world around us.

All levels of breathwork experience are welcome, from the novice to the advanced.
The session will be offered in English and French.
