There are moments in life that change us - ceremonies, relationships, loss, new beginnings - and the integration that follows determines how those experiences live through us.
This evening is a space to land, to breathe, and to make sense of what has been moving through you.
Through conscious connected breath, guided inquiry, dyad connection, and intuitive movement, we will weave together what is ready to be seen and embodied.
Each inhale opens the heart.
Each exhale releases anything outdated.
Together, we create a field of presence - where the lessons, emotions, and energies of our recent experiences can find their rightful place.
This is not about “figuring things out.”
It is about allowing what has already changed within you to integrate through your body, voice, and breath - so that life can flow forward with greater clarity and wholeness.
Come as you are. Bring your journal, an open heart, and a willingness to be moved.
What to Bring:
-Blanket, comfy mat + pillow

About Jonathan:
Jonathan is honored to host this Breathwork Integration Circle, bringing his depth of experience to support participants in awakening their inner genius and reconnecting with their highest potential. With a background that spans coaching, breathwork, cold therapy, plant medicine integration, and spiritual mentorship, Jonathan guides visionaries, creatives, and changemakers in harmonizing their energy and evolving both their work and their way of being.
For over 15 years, he has helped individuals transition from “busy-ness” into a more aligned and expansive flow—where purpose feels embodied and life feels deeply alive. His gift is in holding space that invites clarity, freedom, and transformation. Whether through breath, sound, or stillness, Jonathan’s work invites you to remember who you truly are and step into the service you’re being called to live.
About Wesley:
Wesley is the founder of Resonance Breathwork, a body-centered psychotherapeutic practice for expansiveness and radical self acceptance. With over five years of experience curating and leading thematic workshops for men, hosting immersive plant medicine retreats and offering private breathwork coaching sessions. His work blends somatic exercises, mindfulness, live music, and breathing techniques, creating spaces for emotional exploration and resilience. Also an avid wilderness activity guide, and working to bridge these worlds over the next few years. Passionate and exuberant, Wesley is committed to feeding his insatiable curiosity and believes wholeheartedly in the power of vulnerable connection and experiences of awe to foster holistic and harmonious balance in life. Supporting the philosophy that authentic expression is the key to true understanding and stronger communities.
