Join us on Saturdays for our breathwork series running from Mid-August to Mid-Sept. These sessions are suitable for those 17+, in generally good health. This is a dog-friendly event, see guidelines in FAQs

Session dates: Aug 23rd & 30th, Sept 13 & 20th

Pricing: $33 per session or $111 for all 4 sessions (email us for the 4-pack option)

Parking: On street parking nearby.

Notes:

• Group size is limited to 7 to assure the quality of your experience. Reserve your space ASAP.
• In the event we get rained out on any of the schedules dates, raindates will be: Sept 27 & Oct 4
• There are some people for whom breathwork is not appropriate. For example, individuals who are under the influence of drugs, alcohol or Medic*tion or individuals with serious mental illness or recent trauma should not engage in breathwork. There are other physical conditions where breathwork might not be appropriate. Please connet with us at [email protected] for more info.
• Participation is at your own risk. All attendess will be required to sign a consent and realease from liablity form.

This is an LGBTQ2SIA+ friendly event.
