Breathwork in the Park: Finding Peace in the Storm
In a world filled with conflict, political upheaval, and the aftermath of natural disasters, finding peace can feel impossible. But peace begins within. Join us for Breathwork in the Park, an opportunity to collectively ground ourselves, release stress, and pray for the world through the power of breath.
In this session, we will incorporate the sacred YHWH Breath, a breath that symbolizes the divine and is often considered a silent prayer. As we inhale and exhale, we’ll invoke the ancient name of YHWH with each breath cycle, creating space for healing—both for ourselves and for the world. Together, we will send out prayers of peace, protection, and renewal for communities affected by war, this historic election, and the devastation left by hurricanes.
Bring your blanket/sleeping bag/mat, a pillow, your heart, and your willingness to breathe for something greater than yourself. As we unite through breath, we breathe not only for our own healing but for the healing of the world.
